Circle Health Group is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy department on a bank shift basis in Greenwich. The role involves supporting busy periods with cover for existing staff, and working across inpatient and outpatient settings as required.

The successful candidate will hold HCPC registration, CSP membership, and a relevant degree, with the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. Salary is competitive and based on hours worked.

Qualifications

  • BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist and CSP membership.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, and post‑surgical conditions.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
  • Apply therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and education.
  • Collaborate with consultants, nurses, OTs, and other staff for coordinated care.
  • Participate in MDT meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning.
  • Refer to hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehab as needed.
  • Manage caseload across inpatient/outpatient settings with flexible scheduling.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapydepartment.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

We are looking for someone who can work regular hours throughout the months of October, November and December.

Duties of this role include:
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
  • Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
  • Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
  • Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
  • Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
  • BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
