Job description

As a qualified Physiotherapist working across Residential Aged Care and Community, you will join a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised treatments. You will be involved in innovative approaches to delivering allied health services to our clients.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing services in the community to consumers referred through government-funded models, including Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private funding. Achieving achievable billable KPIs.
2. Conducting comprehensive assessments and making clinical recommendations to support clients with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
3. Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Plena and aged care facilities, working within the scope of Occupational Therapy.
