Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join the Caithness team, with rotation across acute, rehab inpatient wards, A&E, MSK outpatient services, and community settings.

Newly qualified or experienced applicants are welcome; HCPC registration or pending status is acceptable. A driving licence is essential, and informal enquiries can be directed to the Integrated Team Manager.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration (or pending for upcoming graduates).
• Positive, proactive approach to learning and development of self, others Quality improvement and service development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within an MDT and support, develop and supervise band 3 & 4 Physiotherapy staff and students.
• A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Caithness to Acute and Rehabilitation Inpatient Wards and A&E.
• MSK/Rehab Outpatients/Classes and Rehabilitation in Community/Domiciliary.
• Contribute to a diverse range of physiotherapy services during rotation.
