Salary- £44,956 - £53,435 pro rata to include London weighting, (based on experience)

About us:

We are a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led. We are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the Southeast to follow a “pay what you can afford” model.

About the post:

We are looking for a creative, dedicated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in September. We offer lots of support, supervision and CPD for staff, and run a service highly valued by families and settings. The role involves weekly support in designated schools in Bexley and Lambeth, focusing on a specialist secondary/college caseload of students with complex neuro disabilities, working as part of a supportive MDT. Both sites have small specialist caseloads with scope for innovative Universal and Targeted support across settings. Opportunities include creative projects around community fitness for children and young people and access to disability sports. As a small company, there is scope to get involved in service improvement projects. Support is available from our MDT, including SaLT, Occupational Therapy, and Clinical Psychology colleagues. An interest in working within specialist settings with individuals with learning disabilities is helpful.
