Job summary

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll work across Inpatients and Outpatients on musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases, delivering high-quality care that is safe, effective and patient-centered.

You’ll be supported by senior mentoring, academy training, and access to CPD opportunities through the Nuffield Health Academy, with HCPC registration and a BSc in Physiotherapy as essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is required.
• Excellent manual therapy skills are essential.
• You should be a confident communicator with good people skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across Inpatients and Outpatients with musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver safe, effective clinical care that is patient-centered and compliant with governance standards.
• Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes and engage in CPD activities.
