Job summary

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a Physiotherapist to work across inpatients and outpatients in a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

You will hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent with HCPC registration, have excellent manual therapy skills, and be a confident communicator. The role offers senior mentoring, academy training and CPD opportunities within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work across Inpatients and Outpatients with musculoskeletal and post-operative cases.

• Deliver safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive clinical care.
• Be compliant with governance standards and participate in audits and quality assurance processes.
• Enjoy protected CPD time and access to the Nuffield Health Academy programmes.

As a Physiotherapist at our Guildford Hospital, you’ll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You also have excellent manual therapy skills, and you’re committed to developing as a practitioner. You’re a confident communicator, skilled at engaging with all kinds of people.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Work across both Inpatients and Outpatients and a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases
• Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead
• Help our patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
• Deliver excellent clinical care that’s safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to patients’ needs
• Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
• Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy

Our Guildford Hospital is a leading private hospital in Surrey, South East England. We are registered for 50 beds with en‑suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre‑Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with many consulting rooms in Outpatients.
