Our elite, charming residential aged care facility, Guildford Village, has been caring for the elderly in the Perth community since 1982. Guildford Village strives to feel like home for its residents and our staff are tasked with caring for residents as they would for their own family. Our experience in service delivery is reflected through 40 years of maintaining the highest of standards for our clients.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to residents within our aged care facility located at Guildford and Midland. You will play a key role in mobility improvement, falls prevention, pain management and restoring physical independence.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Assess, plan, and develop individualised physiotherapy programs
  • Conduct mobility and functional assessments
  • Implement evidence-based pain management strategies
  • Work collaboratively with nursing, care, and lifestyle teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

This role is being hired on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis and works across our Guildford Village and Midland Nursing Home facilities. The salary range for this position ranges frmo 80k-90k per annum plus super.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in aged care
