- Work Pattern: Part-time positions available, flexible to support a work-life balance: once per week 9:00am till 5:00pm (7.5 hours per week)

What Your Typical Day Looks Like:
- Be the first point of contact for expert clinical assessment and diagnosis of MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions in primary care settings.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively using advanced clinical reasoning and assessment tools.
- Lead on and develop effective communication between primary care services and other care providers.
- Provide direct patient care while ensuring a seamless and integrated care pathway.
- Develop and implement tailored care programmes, including self-management plans and specialist referrals.
- Provide clinical leadership and specialist advice to primary care multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritising patient care based on clinical need.
- Stay up to date with clinical practice and professional guidelines.
To Be a Successful First Contact Physiotherapist, You Will Need:
- Professional Registration: HCPC registration
- Education: BSc in Physiotherapy (MSc or equivalent Level 7 qualification desirable)
- Experience: Significant experience working at an advanced level in MSK, with autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Independent Prescriber: (or working towards) desirable
- Additional Skills: Experience in developing integrated care plans and working within a multi-disciplinary team
