We have an exciting opportunity to join our team. We areseeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to join ourtherapy rehabilitation team based at Sedgefield Community Hospital, workingbetween Sedgefield and Barnard Castle.
Applicants must be prepared to participate in a 6 day weekservice, covering bank holidays and Saturdays on a rota basis.

The successful applicant will independently manage a caseloadproviding holistic, short term, goal led intervention following a comprehensiveassessment. These patients will present with a wide range of problems and willallow you to develop your knowledge

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
