Job Opportunity: Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist

Position Type: Permanent, 3.5 days/week (term time only also considered)

Salary: £44,956 - £53,435 pro rata (including London weighting, based on experience)

About us:

We are a unique organisation supporting schools, colleges, and families with flexible, innovative, needs-led therapy support. As one of the few independent therapy companies in London and the Southeast, we operate on a “pay what you can afford” model.

About the role:

We seek a creative, dedicated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in September. We offer extensive support, supervision, and CPD opportunities. The role involves weekly support in designated schools in Bexley and Lambeth, focusing on a specialist secondary/college caseload of students with complex neuro disabilities, working within a supportive MDT. Both sites have small, specialist caseloads with opportunities for innovative universal and targeted support, as well as involvement in community fitness projects for children, young people, and access to disability sports. There is also scope for service improvement projects within our small company. Support is available from our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and clinical psychology. An interest in working with individuals with learning disabilities in specialist settings is advantageous.

  • Must be a qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
  • Must have at least 6 months UK-based experience
