An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Physio Therapist for an ongoing contract. This role involves assessing patients and creating tailored rehabilitation plans within a community setting. Responsibilities:
- Assessing and providing rehab plans to patients in the community (own homes, care, nursing homes)
- Working within a community/multidisciplinary team
- RIO experience is useful but training can be provided
