Quantum Scholars are currently working with a thriving secondary school in Surrey who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join their science department from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate will be UK trained, have significant experience teaching Physics up to A-Level and have a right to work in the UK.

The school hiring are a secondary school with academy status based in Surrey. It is a highly successful school. It is rated as an "Outstanding" overall performing school by Ofsted. All 4 categories were rated "Outstanding".
Deliver dynamic and engaging Physics lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 desirable but not essential).
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
Contribute to curriculum development and department planning.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and CPD opportunities.
UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
A degree in Physics or a related subject.
A genuine passion for science and the ability to inspire young minds.
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive teaching.
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting is highly desirable.
