Job summary

Physics World is seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Tameside to teach KS3 & KS4 Physics. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from September to December, with pay ranging GBP160–GBP170 per day during term-time.

Expect a supportive Science department, excellent facilities, and an opportunity to continue beyond Christmas. The ideal candidate will hold QTS for Secondary Science, have experience teaching Physics, and bring strong classroom management and a passion

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary Science.
• Experience teaching within Physics.
• Natural educator with strong classroom control.
• Passion for Science and educating young people.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS3 & KS4 Physics to students.
• Maintain an engaging and warm classroom atmosphere.
• Deliver high-quality physics lessons within the KS3/KS4 curriculum.
