Physics Teacher - Tonbridge - A£32,916 to A£51,047 - Full-Time - September Start - Secondary School (Ages 11-18)

* Based in Dartford, this Physics Teacher role is in a well-connected area with excellent public transport links and parking available.
* Starting in September 2025, this is a full-time Physics Teacher position on a permanent contract.
* Join a large, mixed secondary school with a thriving Science department, teaching students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
* To be considered for this role, you must hold UK QTS and have experience teaching Science across the secondary curriculum.

The Role - Physics Teacher

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Physics Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons in a well-resourced secondary school in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will need to have UK QTS and experience teaching Science across KS3-KS5. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, track student progress, and contribute to the wider Physics team.

The school is looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring students in Physics. You'll be working with mixed ability classes of approximately 23 students, with access to state-of-the-art laboratories and support from science technicians. There may be a small number of students with mild SEN in the class, and experience in differentiation would be ideal.

The School - Physics Teacher

This opportunity is within a large, inclusive secondary school located in Tonbridge. The school has over 1,119 pupils aged 11-18 and is easily accessible via train and bus routes, with ample staff parking.
