Prospero teaching are seeking an experienced teacher of Physics to join an outstanding secondary school in Bury that has a well established science department. The role is a full time role from September until July 25. It is essential that you hold QTS and that you are a physics specialist.

The role will be to deliver Physics lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 classes, so you would need to be comfortable and able to teach this aspect of the Science curriculum to classes of varying abilities.

You will need to become fully involved in the department, attending departmental meetings and being available as and when required for parents evenings etc there may also be times where extra curricular lessons can be offered, in particular on the build up to exams, giving the children the chance to discuss any areas they may be struggling with and then will be able to reach their full potential.

* Minimum rate From £153 per day
* Hours 8:15am 4pm Monday to Friday
