Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher (Physics) for a secondary school in Cardiff. The role covers teaching physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering high-quality science education within the Curriculum for Wales framework. This full-time position runs 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging physics lessons in line with Curriculum for Wales to KS3/KS4 students.
• Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain progress records.
• Manage classroom behavior to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate progress and behaviour updates with the Head of Department.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
