Job description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive science department. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and deliver high-quality physics education across KS3, KS4. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Physics Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging physics lessons

  • Develop students’ practical skills and theoretical understanding

  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations

  • Use assessment data to monitor progress and inform teaching

  • Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular STEM activities

Ideal Physics Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • A degree in Physics or a closely related subject

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the physics curriculum and exam specifications

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Physics Teacher.

  • A passion for inspiring students and promoting STEM subjects
