We are seeking a Physician Advisor who will play a pivotal role in implementing and refining our physician outreach process to obtain patient referrals for a chronic neutropenia study. Through dedicated communication and strategic relationship building, this position is key in advancing Leapcure's mission of connecting patients with life-changing medical research opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively grow our outreach network by adding new physicians, medical centers, and therapists to our contact list, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive range of medical professionals to reach out to.
  • Increase the engagement level of physicians and healthcare providers, as evidenced by higher response rates, increased referrals, and more in-depth discussions about clinical trials.
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships with healthcare professionals to significantly increase patient referrals for clinical trials.
  • Provide insights and feedback on the physician outreach process, contributing to the development and implementation of more effective outreach strategies and tools.
  • Maintain structured communication with the Leapcure team, providing weekly updates on outreach progress, challenges, and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS with strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and healthcare systems.
  • Specialization in Haematology is required.
  • Clinical experience in chronic neutropenia is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex medical information to a diverse range of medical professionals.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical centers, and therapists.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective outreach strategies that align with Leapcure’s goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competence in identifying challenges in the outreach process and brainstorming practical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and participating in regular meetings.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing project needs and a dynamic clinical trial outreach environment.
  • Strong ethical grounding in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Interest in and understanding of clinical research.
  • Must live in the UK.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent comprehension and expression capabilities. Additional language skills are a bonus, enhancing communication with a broader range of physicians.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical research and patient care. If you are passionate about making a difference in the medical community and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
