Treats patients of all ages who suffered loss of upper, lower extremities function, balance, endurance, coordination or present with pain, or wounds/burns due to illnesses, trauma or surgery. This position follows the treatment plan designed by the physical therapist, reports any changes or findings directly to the physical therapist, and works with the patient and family members to achieve the highest possible level of independence.

Demonstrates knowledge of procedures for protecting and maintaining security, confidentiality and integrity of employee, patient, family, organizational and other medical information.
