Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Dover, DE is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative outpatient rehab team. This Full Time role supports clinicians, assists patients with exercises, and helps maintain treatment areas in a busy clinic with 7am–7pm hours Monday–Friday.

You will help with patient check-in, intake, scheduling, and onboarding while gaining hands-on healthcare experience and exposure to physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
