Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
3. Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
5. Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care.
6. Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications:

1. A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
2. Strong clinical skills.
