Job description

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Sutton, MA. Ideally, candidates will have Orthopedic clinical experience, but we are open to new graduates with the right clinical placements. The role involves providing personalized physical therapy care, collaborating with a dedicated team, and helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Our team offers customized treatment plans using both traditional and innovative therapies, focusing on restoring function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities, especially in sports and orthopedic injuries.

Duties include:

  • Patient consultation and assessment
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Patient education and guidance
  • Documenting treatment progress accurately
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Effective communication with staff and patients

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)
  • PT License in MA
  • 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but motivated recent grads considered

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 8–12-hour days with flexible scheduling options

Compensation:

  • $90,000 per year
