We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Sutton, MA. Ideally, we are seeking a Physical Therapist with Orthopedic clinical experience, but we are open to considering new graduates with the right clinical placements. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping others through personalized physical therapy regimens, and thrive in a team environment committed to delivering top-quality care. About us: For over 5 years, we have been dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the Sutton community, restoring functionality and mobility. Our team of PTs collaborates closely with each other and our patients to provide the best care possible. We offer customized treatment plans using both traditional and innovative therapeutic methods to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities, primarily focusing on sports and orthopedic injuries.

Duties include:

  1. Patient consultation: reviewing histories, exams, medical records, and reasons for visits
  2. Consulting with referring physicians and healthcare teams as needed
  3. Developing and implementing personalized physical therapy treatment programs
  4. Assisting patients with exercises, modalities, and daily activities
  5. Educating patients on therapy benefits, recovery, challenges, and home exercises
  6. Documenting treatments and patient responses accurately and timely
  7. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
  8. Communicating effectively with staff and patients
  9. Creating a positive patient experience through a friendly, focused attitude

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)
  • PT license in MA
  • At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; motivated recent graduates considered

Schedule:

  • Full-time, with 8–12-hour days and flexible scheduling options

Compensation:

  • $90,000 per year
