Are you a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a flexible Part-Time or Per Diem opportunity? Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist:

• Provide 1:1 care with clients in their senior living residences.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and safety.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve movement and prevent injury.

• Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques to promote long-term wellness.

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using a state-of-the-art tablet system.

What We’re Looking For:

Active PT License in the state of North Carolina.

Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
