Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Ortho | Windsor, Colorado

Step into a role where you’ll be instrumental in helping patients regain mobility and strength. As a Physical Therapist Assistant in our orthopedic outpatient clinic, you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, implementing treatment plans and ensuring patients receive the best possible care. This is an opportunity to contribute to a team that values collaboration, professional growth, and patient-focused treatment.

Schedule Options:

  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:

  • $55K to $60K a year plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing therapy plans to enhance patient mobility and strength
  • Monitor progress, document responses, and communicate updates to the supervising PT
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas for a safe and efficient environment
  • Provide patient education on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in PTA.
  • Active PTA license in Colorado.
  • Previous outpatient experience is a plus.
