Job Title: Physical Therapist – 13 Week Contract

Location: Bandon, MN

We provide 13-week travel contracts, assistance with housing, licensure navigation, and act as a liaison between you and the facility. We aim to find the right opportunity for you.

Overview:

• Setting: Home Health (HH)
• Pay Package: Starting at $1,200/week, with a bonus up to $1,500!
• Guarantee: 24-hour weekly guarantee
• Schedule: 3 days/week – No weekends, holidays, or call
• Start Date: ASAP
• Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Therapy Aides per regulations
• Consulting with patients about their condition and medical history
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction through observation and listening
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Teaching therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Using hands-on therapy like massage to ease pain and promote healing
• Maintaining patient records and tracking progress
• Advising on in-home treatment and recovery expectations
• Performing administrative tasks and ensuring confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or master’s in physical therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in skilled nursing/outpatient preferred but new graduates welcome
