Our services include on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, and more, supporting the next generation of cloud computing.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the AWS Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC) as an Incident Response Team (IRT) Analyst. In this role, you will employ physical security strategies, respond to security events affecting AWS infrastructure, and manage access control systems, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Responding to physical security events and threats across AWS regions.
2. Managing physical access control and monitoring systems.
3. Overseeing contracted security personnel and reporting activities.
4. Handling communications, triaging trouble tickets, and supporting internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in security or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a security operations centre.
• Proven ability to write incident reports and communicate risks effectively.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems (e.g., Lenel, Gallagher, Honeywell).

The role requires shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset.
