Job description

This exciting Investment Management organization has a unique opportunity for an experienced Security Manager to step into a Lead role in order to help grow the Physical Security function and help to shape the Global function. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be able to grow a team under yourself in the future, and this is a new role in the team in which you will report directly into the Global Head of Security.

In this role you will be responsible for process design and improvement, developing and implementing security strategies, building services integration including developing roadmaps and integrating IoT systems, and data governance, amongst other responsibilities.

The company is looking for someone who has experience with office security, implementing security technologies, understanding of platform integration in smart buildings, and good project management knowledge (desirable).

The organization has a state-of-the-art office based in Central London, in which you will be onsite 3 days a week and wfh 2 days a week, and they offer benefits such as two bonuses, non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, income protection, life assurance, amongst more benefits.
