Cygnet Health Care seeks a confident Physical Health Lead Nurse (RGN) to inspire and oversee quality patient care. This role involves managing health promotion strategies, individual care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals in a neuropsychiatric rehabilitation setting.
We are looking for a confident Physical Health Lead Nurse (RGN) who can inspire, support, and oversee the delivery of excellent care.
You'll be working 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm) at Cygnet Pindar House.
This post is supernumerary; you will not be included in the ward day-to-day numbers. We have a mix of RMN, RGN, and RNLD nurses who all contribute effectively to the excellent patient care we provide.
Cygnet Pindar House is our 22-bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men affected by acquired brain injuries.
It is a safe and secure environment to aid recovery, as well as offering those diagnosed with progressive neurological diseases like Huntington's Disease a caring, longer-term placement to support and manage their symptoms' progression.
The service accepts unplanned, often urgent admissions where a service user requires a safe place to start treatment promptly, as well as planned admissions.
