About the Role:
As a part-time Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured PE lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, focusing on a variety of sports and fitness activities. This role requires the ability to develop and adapt resources to meet the diverse fitness levels and interests of students, ensuring all students are engaged and motivated. You will assess and monitor student progress through practical assessments, fitness tests, and participation in team sports, providing timely and constructive feedback. Ideal Candidate:
You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education, demonstrating a strong understanding of sports science, fitness training, and coaching principles. Proven experience in teaching PE at the secondary level is essential, with a track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial, as is the ability to inspire and motivate students to participate in sports.
