What We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from fully qualified educators as well as highly experienced sports instructors:

• QTS or PGCE is preferred, but extensive school-based PE teaching experience and strong subject knowledge are highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for PE, across both practical sports and theoretical sports science.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or a willingness to obtain one) and the Right to Work in the UK.

• Ability to build positive relationships with disengaged students and foster a lifelong love for physical activity.
• Confidence supporting SEND learners, ensuring practical activities are adapted so every child can safely participate.
• Strong behavior management skills to maintain a safe, dynamic, and respectful learning environment (both indoors and outdoors).
• A flexible teaching approach with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with school PE departments and support staff.
