Job Title: Physical Education Teacher (PE)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £29,434– £44,919 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
A forward-thinking secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for a passionate and experienced PE Teacher to join their vibrant department. You will inspire students across Key Stage 3 and 4 to develop their physical skills, knowledge, and love for sport.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
• Prepare students for GCSE PE and other qualification pathways
• Lead extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and competitions
• Promote physical health, wellbeing, and positive attitudes to fitness
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the PE curriculum and school sporting events

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with secondary PE teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 PE curriculum, including GCSE specifications
• Excellent classroom management and motivational skills
• Energetic, approachable, and able to engage students of all abilities
