Role: Physical Education (PE) teacher

Shift: Full:time

Location: Basildon

Are you confident in leading a wide range of sports and physical activities in a secondary school setting, including Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) ?

• Design and teach dynamic Physical Education (PE) lessons tailored to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
• Encourage a passion for fitness, health, and teamwork through diverse physical activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help students develop both physically and mentally
• Differentiate instruction to cater to students of all abilities, ensuring inclusivity in every activity
• Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and school:wide physical education initiatives
• Participate in extracurricular sports events, competitions, and school activities

Requirements

• QTS or PGCE qualification in Physical Education
• Experience teaching Physical Education at key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels
• Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills
• A passion for physical education and student health
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• Two up:to:date professional references from recent roles within educational settings.
