Job Description:

• Submit trading slips and shipping documentation into the internal trade capture system.
• Work with traders to ensure shipping instructions are set, sent, and delivered to relevant shipping and logistics providers.
• Forward shipping and booking confirmations to clients as needed, and update them on shipment progress, especially in case of queries or delays.
• Manage documentation related to logistics and operations in the soft commodity trading business, ensuring all is submitted and updated appropriately.
• Arrange and manage spot release/delivery of warehouse-stored goods (soft commodities, nuts, seeds, ingredients, etc.).
• Liaise with banks for outward collections and ensure invoicing documentation is complete and timely for all shipments and deliveries.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in commodity trading operations, physical trade support, or commodity logistics.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Good understanding of ERP/Logistics software systems.
• Down-to-earth and communicative personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough understanding of containerized commodity/ingredient/food industry product shipping and logistics processes.
