Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Physical Activity and Leisure Co-ordinator to join our Allied Health Professional team at Guild Lodge, Whittingham near Preston. The role focuses on delivering meaningful physical activity, exercise, health promotion and leisure programmes to support wellbeing and recovery.

You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nursing Staff and the wider team to assess needs, implement interventions and monitor

• Support the delivery of physical activity, exercise, health promotion and leisure interventions.
• Work directly with service users through individual and group-based approaches to encourage healthier lifestyles and increased activity.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nursing Staff and the wider MDT to assess needs, plan interventions and monitor progress.
