This is a full-time position (37.5 hrs/week), but we are open to part-time hours, employed or freelance. We will tailor the arrangement to suit your needs if you have the skills!

We are seeking a Support Engineer to join us due to our expanding plugin family and customer base. This role is ideal for someone proactive, with excellent communication skills, and experience diagnosing complex technical issues with WordPress sites.
The candidate should have both front-end and back-end development skills, along with customer service and troubleshooting abilities. This is a long-term role with potential for growth into development or testing roles.
Provide support via email (using FreeScout) and through our support forums. We aim for a first response within 6-7 hours and to respond to all customers within 24 hours, so timely responses are essential.
The role involves second or third line support, diagnosing complex issues like VPS setup, WordPress installation, and conflict resolution.
