Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Senior PHP Platform Engineer (migrations) to join a market-leading tech-for-good company with a distributed UK-wide remote team. You can work fully remotely or come into the office as you like.

You'll apply Symfony/Laravel, AWS, DevOps practices, and lead small PHP engineer teams on migrations projects while delivering robust, SOLID code and API-focused services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Symfony/Laravel frameworks.
• Experience with migrations projects.
• Background in object-oriented languages.
• Experience applying DRY/SOLID and best practices.

You will be joining an established PHP team during an exciting period of growth across their PHP development. Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Symfony / Laravel

• Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes / Docker
• Background of leading small teams of PHP engineers
• Experience with migrations projects
• Expansive experience with Object Oriented languages
• Application of best practices - DRY / SOLID, etc

• Collaborative approach, happy to contribute and engage with senior management
