Job description

About CAVU

For airports, for partners, for people. We are CAVU.

Formed from the union of MAGO, MAG USA and our network of direct-to-consumer brands – who together drive market-leading passenger spend for airports across the world – we’ve combined our resources to address evolving passenger needs today, and exceed them as we move forward into tomorrow.

From our revenue-accelerating single platform technology, Propel, to our world-class hospitality venues including Hangar, 1903, and Escape Lounges, our solutions make travel more seamless and enjoyable for passengers – and more profitable for our clients and partners.

Our name is taken from the aviation meteorology term, Ceiling and Visibility Unlimited – the perfect flying condition. But more than just a name, CAVU is our mindset. It reflects our proud aviation heritage, our drive to push boundaries, and the essence of what we do: creating seamless, enjoyable travel experiences for airport passengers.

If you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impact, bring new ideas to life, and help shape the future of airport travel, then CAVU is the place for you.

Together, we can reach new heights. Together, we are CAVU.

About You

One of our core values is “Find a better way” – so we’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, driven to solve problems, and excited by innovation.

You’ll enjoy working through ambiguity, collaborating with product owners and teammates to determine the best solutions – always with a mindset of building maintainable rather than overly complex systems.

You’ll be supported to grow your skills and expand your knowledge beyond PHP – into AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and more.

  • Event-driven architectures

If you don’t tick every box but feel excited by the role, we still want to hear from you!
