Focus Group is seeking a PHP Developer in Shoreham-by-Sea to join a seasoned, collaborative software team. You will develop new functionality and support existing features across internal CMS and CRM systems, delivering fit-for-purpose solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in writing unit tests.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, jQuery and Vue.js.
• Experience with SQL databases (MariaDB/MySQL).
• Proficient in HTML5/CSS/Bootstrap and Laravel.
• Knowledge of API development and Postman.
• Working with Git and branch management.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.
• Experience across full software development lifecycle.
• Focus on delivering high-quality products.
• Customer-oriented with ability to translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop changes and fixes on Focus Bespoke CMS and CRM applications.
• Write unit tests and coordinate with QA to ensure quality.
• Undertake rota-based support on development issues.
• Contribute to projects as required by the business.
• Participate in stand-ups, team meetings and planning sessions.
