Ada Meher is currently on the lookout for a talented PHP Development professional, on behalf of a market leading technology-first vendor. The ideal candidate will dive into ongoing projects, designing and developing new features for their in-house product development, as well as refactoring an existing legacy codebase into the latest version of Laravel. The projects involve key level decision making and are based in a Laravel/Vuejs microservice tech stack, utilising latest practices such as TDD.

This role is currently operating on a hybrid remote basis with flexibility long term. Candidates should be permanent residents, have the full right to work in the UK, and be willing to commute to the Doncaster office once or twice a week.

The company maintains a strong commitment to standards and quality of code, focusing on the latest PSR standards and SOLID principles. Learning and development opportunities are available, with licenses for popular learning platforms and accreditations provided to all technical staff to help them progress through the ranks.

To be considered:

• 4+ years experience of OOP PHP
• Demonstrable experience with relevant MVC frameworks (Preferably Laravel)
• Experience working to SOLID principles
• Any knowledge of TDD is desirable but not essential
