Job Opportunity: PHP Back End Developer

A great opportunity awaits as a PHP Back End Developer, where you will play a proactive role within our talented Digital Team, helping to build websites and apps for a diverse range of well-known brands.

You will be responsible for projects, working closely with the digital team and sharing your IT/digital skills.

About You

You’re looking to join an ambitious, busy agency and share your experience on various projects. You should be enthusiastic, focused, passionate about your craft, and eager to embrace new emerging technologies. Essentially, you’ll love writing great code!

You should have solid and successful technical knowledge, including modern programming skills, and at least 2+ years of experience as a back-end developer.

Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in all technical aspects of back-end web development
• Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers
• Knowledge of current coding techniques and best practices
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in client meetings
• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Computer science qualification (degree or equivalent)
• Knowledge of .NET (Visual Studio, C#) and Umbraco
