LaraBench is seeking a PHP / Laravel Backend Developer in Leeds, hybrid (3 days on site). You’ll join an established, employee‑owned digital agency delivering websites and platforms for diverse clients.

Competitive salary (£45k‑£65k DOE) with discretionary bonus and opportunities for growth across mid‑senior levels. You’ll work on CMS‑driven solutions, implement robust backend architectures and collaborate across disciplines to deliver reliable digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in backend development with PHP and Laravel
• Experience building and maintaining CMS-driven sites (Craft CMS, WordPress or similar)
• Ability to design logical backend structures and content models
• Experience integrating backend functionality with frontend and third‑party services
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a collaborative agency setting
