Overview

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students. To apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. Two students currently studying Photography are required to take a group of students on a tour of the Photography facilities at Manchester Met and share their positive experiences of studying on the course. You will be expected to provide a positive and informative perspective on all aspects of studying here at Manchester Met and being a part of the Manchester Met University community. Responsibilities
  • Answer questions about the university as you walk the students around.
  • Share your experience on what it is like studying Photography at university.
  • Represent the university in a friendly and professional manner, showcasing the benefits of being a part of the Manchester Met community.
  • Highlight campus culture and support services.
Requirements

This role is only open to current Manchester Met students studying Photography who meet the following requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with staff and visitors.
  • Ability to undertake any role with a positive and professional manner.
  • Evidence of a responsible attitude and the ability to show initiative.
  • A positive attitude to university life.
  • Evidence of good time keeping and attendance record.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • General knowledge of Information and Guidance (IAG) and able to share own experiences.
