Qualifications

• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras at college or personal/professional capacity.
• Willingness to be put on Domestic Energy Assessors course within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photographs and floor plans for sales and lettings.
• Liaise with bookings administrators and external clients.
• Ensure work is returned within required deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people with a photography background, who want their first step into a full-time photography role. With training and development provided, the ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and be eager to progress a long-term career with us.

Salary: Commission-based - OTE £28k - £45k depending on experience

Location: TW and KT postcodes only

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce high-quality photographs and floor plans for our Sales and Letting offices.
2. Liaise with bookings administrators, sales and lettings offices, and external clients.
3. Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.
4. Full training will be provided for both aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Punctual and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good general knowledge of the London area.
• Willingness to be put on the Domestic Energy Assessors course within the first 6-12 months of employment.
• Willingness to travel - car required, or bike/public transport for central London only, with travel costs reimbursed.
