The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Copier Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Copier Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites throughout South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair photocopiers, printers, and MFDs (multi-functional devices)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
• Liaise with the service desk and management to ensure timely completion of jobs

About You

• Proven experience servicing and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, MFDs)
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• IT literacy and familiarity with networked devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
