Role: Photocopier Field Service Engineer

Location: Greater Manchester

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional service levels to clients at all times.
  2. Respond promptly and arrive at client sites within set SLA response times.
  3. Repair reported mechanical and IT issues on devices, and perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance.
  4. Stay updated with all service bulletins.
  5. Manage all parts stock.
  6. Provide remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve issues by phone.
  7. Efficient time management and the ability to learn quickly with hands-on training are essential.
Package:
  • Up to £32,000
  • 23 days of holiday (increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays
