We are looking for a highly experienced and talented styling manager with extensive fashion styling experience to join our photo studio team. The styling manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all fashion styling for AllSaints ecom and look books plus third party platforms.

You will manage the implementation and interpretation of the AllSaints creative vision through excellent styling and art direction. In addition you will be responsible for delivering consistently strong standards with a high level of attention to detail.

About the team

In this role you will report to the senior art director and will be based at our Shoreditch head office where we have an in-house photo studio.

What will I be doing?

  • Take the lead in establishing the brand's styling handwriting across mens and womens fashion plus still life
  • Lead a team of in house stylists and freelance support to shoot and deliver all our e-com content Delivering a consistently high standard of images aligning with company values, target audience and overall objectives
  • You will partner with senior designers within the brand to support the styling of the seasonal lookbooks and support on runway
  • Art direct on set partnering with the photographers, casting and hair and makeup teams to elevate our online experience and deliver inspiring and engaging content
  • Create monthly detailed styling briefs to be referenced by in house teams, freelance and third party partners, exploring the product and how best to elevate
  • Help to create an energy, pace and accuracy on set ensuring all teams are working positively and hitting daily shoot targets
  • Follow the studio process ensuring all assets are processed out correctly and all internal tracking documents kept updated
  • Support the art director in developing the creative brief, collating research and mood boards to assist seasonal proposals and key product launches
  • Working closely with the studio production team ensuring all rail walkthroughs are timely and accurate with a good understanding of priorities and deadlines
  • Work with the product and design teams to ensure the fit of garments is reflected accurately in the styling and model selection
  • Be inquisitive about the customer, understanding who our audience is and adapting styling to this information
  • Be willing to support the styling of adhoc shoots for AllSaints, John Varvatos and other partner brands and products

What skills do I need?

  • An experienced and established stylist who has worked in the fashion industry at a professional management level
  • A flair and a keen awareness of trends
  • Strong commercial awareness and demonstrates the ability to style products to show all detail in fit, silhouette and fabrication
  • Possess an excellent work ethic with a positive and professional manner, a team leader who can inspire and bring creative thinking to their work
  • Be able to listen and see other people’s point of view
  • You should be an organised and efficient individual who is results driven and focused
  • The ability to translate ideas sometimes to a changing and vague brief
  • Proven experience of styling men’s and women’s premium fashion for an e-commerce platform
  • An excellent portfolio of work that shows passion for creative styling incorporating editorial work
  • Experience of art directing models on set bringing energy and engagement
  • The technical ability to operate within Capture 1 and Adobe Suites, good experience of editing and image selection
  • Good knowledge of photography and lighting is preferred
