We are partnered with a leading consumer retail brand that is looking to find a brand-new Photo Retoucher for their in-house creative studio team. Photo Retoucher - The role:

1. Improve e-com retouch quality
2. Improve creative retouch
3. Ensure that e-com & creative deadlines are met in full
4. Retouch at a high standard across many areas including but not limited to still life and model
5. Maintain healthy communication with key stakeholders
6. Delegate workloads for social and e-com retouching work as the team grows
7. Provide weekly feedback on the progress of retouching open and completed jobs
8. Communicate asset management to the studio manager
9. Resolve midterm roadblocks
10. Work with key stakeholders on resource allocation
11. Develop & review working processes, theorize improvements, and present findings to key stakeholders

Photo Retoucher - The successful candidate will have:

1. Impeccable Photoshop knowledge (software and technique)
2. Experience in agency retouching
3. Experience in e-com retouching
4. Experience in the delegation of workloads
5. Brilliant communication ability
6. Ability to problem-solve
