Job summary

Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson group, is hiring a Sales Assistant in Harrogate. No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You will offer photographic services (prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop) to customers, using initiative when needed.

The role is full-time, 40 hours over 5 days including weekends, with overtime possible after training. An uncapped weekly bonus is available and there are excellent promotion prospects and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not required.
• You should be able to use initiative and deliver friendly service.
• Training will be provided with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide photographic services (prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop) for customers.
• Use your initiative to complete tasks and deliver customer care.
• Run branches in Coulby Newham and surrounding areas.
• Participate in training in services, management and customer service.
