The successful candidate will support phonics instruction, manage classroom behavior, and collaborate with teachers. Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a lovely primary school in Lytham St Annes. We are recruiting for an experienced teaching assistant to join this school on a part-time basis after the summer holidays. You would be primarily involved with the EYFS department of this fantastic school. This role does have the potential to turn into a full-time position for the right TA.
Responsibilities of the role:
This primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their EYFS department, mainly within Nursery. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management and a good knowledge of the EYFS National Curriculum. You must be a committed practitioner who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role.
Requirements for the role:
- Experience teaching/ supporting with phonics
- Experience working across EYFS or KS1
